Guilt, Regret, and Making Amends

Guilt and Regret are common in many individuals’ grief experiences, especially when navigating sudden and traumatic deaths, such as those due to substance-related causes. In this workshop, we discuss the commonality of these experiences, the reason why they come up so often, and what we can do to work through them.
